  CUSTOMISED TRAINING

Bradford Trident have released a substantial amount of funding for Customised Training in order to help businesses react quickly to labour market needs, skills shortages and to recruit effectively to multiple vacancies.

A Customised Training Account Manager has been appointed to deliver this project for Bradford Trident, and will work from the 'at work' recruitment branch on Manchester Road, Bradford.

The project will ensure that Bradford Trident can respond quickly to the needs of the labour market by equipping its workforce with the skills needed by employers with vacancies to fill.

By working with employers to identify skill needs in potential employees, training programmes will be developed with local training providers and delivered to Trident residents in order to give them a better chance of competing for the vacancies.

Trident residents will be recruited to Customised Training via Job Centre plus, at work recruitment and other job brokerage agencies.

If you are interested in finding out more about this project or need support with Customised Training linked to Job vacancies please call Sarah on 01274 778899 or e-mail her on sarah.corrigan@atwork.uk.com
