To ensure the majority of the houses in the area are adequately heated, insulated and warm	The houses are large and difficult to heat especially if they are not central heated. To ensure that residents keep the area clean and businesses are held accountable for any litter generated by their service.	There is a problem with litter in the area which maybe generated by fast food takeaways households and tipping, and people throwing food out.
